Take Hot Yoga outside and experience movement in Malta’s natural summer heat.

This Yin Yang-inspired class with Amina blends gentle flowing movement with slower grounding moments, creating a balance between energy and relaxation. Expect mindful movement to awaken the body, build circulation, and generate energy, followed by deeper stretches and calming elements to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

Practising by the waterfront in the fresh morning air creates a unique Sunday experience to move, breathe, and start your day feeling energised and connected.
