DESCRIPTION: Not your average yoga class.... Ideal for anyone that feels stuck in their current practice but not keen to attempt an advanced yoga class anytime soon.
In yoga sculpt we take your average Vinyasa Flow and add some light weights to it. The sequence is designed to safely incorporate 2kgs dumbbells, whether it's a Sun Salutation or simply your Warrior 2, to challenge students from all level of practice.

The room will be slightly heated to allow students to move at ease with less risk of injury.
