DESCRIPTION: This offering is a restorative yoga class with poses supported by bolsters, props and blankets followed by a guided meditation and sound bath.   
This time of year is meant for slowing down, resting, restoring and stillness.  .On this day the earth is tilted the furthest from the sun, the shortest day and longest night.   We will start this offering with 3-5 restorative poses, then a guided meditation, followed by a long svasana sound bath.   Bring a journal if you have one and a blanket.  A journal will be gifted to you if you do not have one.
