DESCRIPTION: Start the new year with new intentions, new goals, self care and relaxation.  We will start with spending time reflecting on our own personal journeys in 2022 and setting intentions for 2023.  Then I will guide you into some breath work and the bathing of the sound bath with the many instruments in the studio, along with the beautiful wind gong. 
Daily intention setting or prayer is a powerful tool, it helps you to remember your intangible power and sovereignty.  The power behind intentions lies in the putting out that which you want to attract and call into your life.

Journals will be provided for everyone, you are welcome to bring one if you have one you love to use.  A special gift for self-care to continue with at home is also included.  
Bolsters, mats and blankets will be provided.  You are welcome to bring a pillow and blanket from home as well.
