DESCRIPTION: Physically, this practice is low-key, with some slow and fluid posture practices,  light stretching, restorative yoga poses, stillness, and deep rest. The deeper work of the class is the layered approach to caring for the mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual sheaths of our being. Students will be encouraged to disentangle from the harmful messages of the over-culture in order to reclaim self trust and love. Many options and invitations to explore will be given for students to discover what feels caring for the body and what doesn't.
