Welcome! I'm Toni, the heart behind Move Evolve Yoga. Yoga has been part of my life for over two decades, shaping my path through life’s ups and downs. In 2024, I fully dedicated myself to sharing yoga with others, moving beyond my background in medical administration, group fitness, and Pilates to create a space where yoga could truly come alive for everyone.
My classes at Somerton Yacht Club combine movement, breath, and a touch of light-heartedness, aiming to help you feel grounded, connected, and rejuvenated. Description
Experience the transformative power of Science of Stretching—a targeted mobility training method designed to open your body and release tension. No prior yoga experience is needed. Using a simple, science-based approach, this class effectively addresses tight shoulders, stiff hips, and sore backs.
Through passive holds lasting two minutes or more, we promote myofascial release and reset the nervous system, unlocking deep flexibility and freedom in your body. After just a few sessions, you’ll notice increased mobility, reduced pain, and a calmer, clearer mind.
