DESCRIPTION: If you are not diaphragmatic breathing, you are essentially dehydrating your entire body.  

Our trillions of cells require our (proper) breath to send blood, oxygen, energy and heat to each and every cell to ultimately deliver them the food they need for healthy cellular healing and repair. 

Most of us breathe into the chest and with an open mouth, this is the main cause of inflammation, sickness and dis-ease in the body.

This is done through a body based meditation practice bringing you back home to the most intelligent piece of equipment you will ever own...your own body and fascia system.  It is here that requires our attention, presence and awareness to witness the communication from the body, to then gain knowledge, giving us understanding and compassion.

If you are looking to re-hydrate the body, become friends with your body again, or simply to take some space from the doing in your day...this is a great way to spend your Friday evening and reset the body and mind.
