DESCRIPTION: SOULBODY BREATH® is an immersive conscious and dynamic breathwork experience that heightens self-awareness and promotes self-healing through body wisdom and breath medicine. It’s a 40 minute journey where the breath becomes your ally, as you unlock the door to your subconscious for new perspectives.  Jenni guides you through a process of heart-connection, softening and surrendering, and invites you deeper into your personal truth with thought-provoking questions

- Warm up breath & somatic guidance
- Breathing cycles
- Rest & receive
- Closing circle


Contraindications include pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, cardiovascular diseases (incl. stroke), severe asthma, kidney disease, glaucoma, detached retina, uncontrolled high blood pressure (or low blood pressure with a history of fainting), recent surgery or broken bones, clinical anxiety, psychosis, untreated/severe PTSD. If any of these contraindications apply to you, you are welcome to join us and will be offered an alternative method of breathing.
