Paul has been a yoga teacher in Canada for nine years and holds a 200-hour YTT, plus 100 hours of Yin training and 20 hours of Kriya training. He is a retired firefighter with a daily yoga practice that includes meditation and exploring the subconscious to cultivate awareness and authenticity. He is always open to listening and guiding others on their own path.
