DESCRIPTION: Another Bank holiday weekend special! Let's combine our 2 beloved classes into this one slightly longer Easter Monday Special. Dust off the bank hol cobwebs with some breathwork, then a delcious warming flow followed by a deep dive into two or three Yin postures.
