DESCRIPTION: Your weekly dose of winding down <3 Yin yoga is a real treat that offers long held gentle postures inducing a sense of blissful relaxation. Themed classes will direct the sequence and each class will be recorded if you can't make the live or would like to repeat the session. Props are extremely useful - grab a blanket, yoga blocks, a bolster or a pillow, light a few candles and get some chilled music going, chuck on your comfiest Yoga outfit (PJs are welcome) and lets unwind together.
