DESCRIPTION: Take some time for yourself, fill up your own up, and in doing so support the wonderful Mazi Project. The Mazi Project have a beautiful vision - to empower disadvantaged young people including asylum seekers, youth recovering from homelessness and domestic abuse, through food; making nutritous and sustainable food available to all.  Join in for a 45minute Joyful Vinyasa Flow, 30minutes of core focussed Mat Pilates and a delightful 15minute Yoga Nidra to end.
