DESCRIPTION: From darkness into light, we will start this class in the dark of winter solstice morning, and by it's close we will have the delight of the bright winters sun to illuminate our way! Join me for this extended Yoga practise on Winter's solstice. An early but gentle start, join me from 7.45am for 15minutes of breathwork before beginning a joyful flow to liberate us from the weight of the year and embrace the present of presence. Finishing around 9am you can then head into the shortest day full of light <3
