DESCRIPTION: This week the teacher is away.  Students will be opening the doors to practice in community. Friday self-practice starts at 6:30 for everyone. Beginners are encouraged to join and practice gently what they’ve learned so far. Adjustments are not allowed.
Make sure you have a valid subscription (abo) or single class credit on Momoyoga and just show up. Booking is made after the class.
