This class is designed for the moderately active beginning student. It also allows well-practiced students to hone in on their existing practice working into proper alignment, inspiring beginners and mastering poses. It is a fully guided class where new students can learn the foundations of asana practice, breath work and yoga philosophy. Everyone’s practice is different, so I encourage students to work at their own comfort level and intensity.
