DESCRIPTION: This is a slow flow intermediate level Vinyasa yoga class that has a little bit of everything-strength, flexibility, and relaxation. 

My Yoga Barn is a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) pickup for Green Gate Farms from 5-8pm which means if you subscribe to the veggie delivery and pick up here you can stay for a complimentary yoga class every week or biweekly, depending on your subscription.
