DESCRIPTION: Our classes are on-line for now through Zoom linked below. You will need an account and it is free to have an account. 

In this all-levels Yin class, we'll be working deep into the fascia to soften and relax. Expect long, slow holds with a focus on breath and stillness. Modifications will be offered in each pose- beginner's welcome!

To register for class select the membership option "COVID Online Classes-Pay What You Can via Instructor Paypal or Venmo" for $0.  
This is a "Pay What You Can" class always free to HealthCare workers and First Responders as a Thank You. If you currently have My Yoga Barn class passes you can also use them.
