Classes start July 26 and end August 8. 14 days, 7 Instructors.  Meditate every day then enjoy your lunch.  Join us on this 14-day challenge at noon every day live on Zoom.  We have a different instructor for every day of the week so you can get an eclectic mix of people and styles of meditation.  If you miss a live meditation you can still catch a recorded video for 24 hours. Keep your earbuds handy so you CAN join on any device every day.
