DESCRIPTION: Rebecca Birdwell, owner of My Yoga Barn, will facilitate physical movement based on yoga postures for students new to yoga or students who have an established practice followed by a Classic Yogic Meditation. We will be social distancing with a small group of 5 students.  Please add yourself to the waiting list if this class is full.  This will help me decide if I should add another class option.
