This is a meditation class following the alchemical meditations of the “5 Element Practice” of Tibet. Each meditation works on purifying the 5 main sources of suffering afflicting humanity: attachment, pride, ignorance, jealousy, and anger. Each meditation helps to increase life force energy and to heal and empower different parts and systems of our body. Get ready for internal alchemy work with these simple, fast, yet highly efficient meditations!
