Hatha yoga is probably the best known form of yoga and also a very classical one. Different postures are combined with breathing exercises and rest. Classes are finalised with Yoga Nidra, a relaxation exercise. Vanoucka alternates Yin and Yang elements, and guides you through all exercises to create energy, strength and flexibility. The mind will become more peaceful and a beautiful balance between body and mind is created. While teaching Vanoucka keeps in mind that each person has a different body. Postures can be adjusted and props will be used if necessary. Classes can be given in English if desired.
