PLEASE BRING TWO BIG TOWELS, OR ONE BIG TOWEL AND YOUR OWN YOGAMAT AND A WATER BOTTLE TO EVERY CLASS!! IF YOU WANT TO BRING MORE PROPS, FEEL FREE TO DO SO!

This class main purpose is to bring relaxation to body and mind. Gentle stretch exercises are combined with slow but dynamic movements. All postures are supported by a deep way of breathing. This will help you to slow down, let go of physical tension and to quiet the mind.
