DESCRIPTION: NL: In deze zondagse Hatha yoga sessie gaan we rustig te werk en wordt het lichaam langzaam wakker. Met trage oefeningen die vooral op het ritme van de ademhaling gebeuren, werken we naar enkele intensievere houdingen om daarna weer rustig af te bouwen en af te sluiten met een korte relaxatie.
ENG: In this Sunday Hatha yoga session we work quietly and let the body slowly wake up. With slow exercises that are mainly done to the rhythm of breathing, we work towards some intensive postures and then gradually conclude with a short relaxation.
