DESCRIPTION: NL: Tijdens deze eerste Functional Hatha Yoga sessie gaan we op een avontuur in ons eigen lichaam, we kruipen erin en werken met herhalingen in oefeningen. We blijven in beweging en zoeken ook de uitdagingen op. Na een krachtige opbouw die het zenuwstelsel stimuleert zoekt we de rust op en genieten van een innig moment van rust en stilte in lichaam en hoofd .  
ENG: During this first Functional Hatha Yoga session we go on an adventure in our own body, we look deep into it and work with repetitions in exercises. We keep moving and also try challenges. After a powerful build-up that stimulates the nervous system, we seek peace and enjoy an intimate moment of peace and quiet in body and mind.
