DESCRIPTION: Yoga means Union, and Nidra means Sleep.

Yoga Nidra is the state of dynamic sleep, meaning that the practitioner remains aware. The intention is not to sleep during practice, instead, the consciousness functions at a deeper level of awareness.

In Yoga Nidra, the higher state of relaxation is enforced through turning inwards, away from the outer sensual temptations.

The practice develops memory, increases brain functionality and creativity, and improves sleep.

In our Yoga Nidra Session, I will guide you through the practice invented by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. There is nothing you need particularly. Just surrender to this experience and enjoy a higher state of relaxation, and see what happens to your body mind &amp;amp; soul.
