DESCRIPTION: This Partner Yoga & Thai Massage workshop is a beautiful way to both give and receive assisted stretching while learning the some basics of Thai massage.

The session will begin with a chill, fun partner stretching flow and playful yoga shapes. In the second half, Alisa will guide you through some foundational Thai massage techniques that you’ll practice with each other. The session will end with guided relaxation and savasana.
