This class is suitable for everyone who would like to disconnect from the ups and downs of the week, prepare the body for a final Sunday rest, so that we can start fresh, relaxed and joyful into the new week. The class will vary each week with elements of Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and conscious breathing. A little treat for everyone who’s willing to switch off the achievement oriented mind and endulge the body with unlimited goodness.
