DESCRIPTION: In this class you will work together with others to find balance with/on each other. We will warm up with fun partner exercises and then learn how to find balance with each other. 

You don't need any experience or a partner to participate.

We will do all poses with minimal 3 people: the base (holding someone), the flyer (balancing on the base) and a spotter (making sure that flyer and base stay safe). We will rotate, so everyone can try all positions.

This is an active class and will be taught by Keshia and Deniz, who will teach in English but they can also speak Dutch.
