This course constist of two classes: March 29th and April 5th

One of the best things we can do for ourselves is eat healthy and nutritious food. Nutrition is called the ‘great medicine’ in Ayurveda. Food that supports our digestive system and nourishes our body will keep us healthy irrespective of our age. A well-balanced diet is the basis for strength and vitality for both body and mind.

In these two workshops you will learn about the digestive fire, the six different tastes, the stages of digestion, food for different doshas, the trigunas of food, supporting and strengthening digestive fire and more.

To follow this workshop you should have followed ‘the introduction to Ayurveda’ workshop or know about the basic principles of Ayurveda.
