Free 30 minute Yoga Nidra sessions at 5.30pm each Sunday, commencing 22 August 2021 until the end of September, via Zoom.

This is a collaboration between Charlie Kirk of Yoga Dendrum and Karen Wells of NYC. They will alternate running these special Sunday sessions.

This offer is open to all students, their families and friends, so please feel free to forward this info on to those who you think may be interested.

Zoom room opens at 5.25 pm for a 5.30 start. Students who book in via the Momoyoga booking system will receive an automated email with the Zoom link 30 minutes before the class.

Have what you need ready before you log in. We suggest a blanket and pillows for under the head and knees. Pillows or a bolster under the knees generally helps to flatten the lower back and makes lying on the back more comfortable.

Charlie and Karen agree the world could do with a little more Yoga Nidra at the moment!

For those of you new to Yoga Nidra, it is a guided relaxation/meditation that is generally practiced lying on the floor but can be practiced in any comfortable position of your choice, including seated in a chair. It most often includes a settling, body scan, breath awareness, visualisation and an externalisation.

If you haven't practiced Yoga Nidra with Karen or Charlie before, Karen will contact you by phone between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on the day of the Yoga Nidra session to answer any questions and to complete a short enrolment questionnaire with you.
