This class focuses on the breath and alignment. Practitioners will be encouraged to work at their own level and cultivate awareness on what is arising internally, allowing a much needed break from the external world. Expect to leave the class feeling lighter, clearer and inspired. Suitable for experienced students or beginners with average fitness and mobility.

About the teacher: Sarah Downs is a Yoga Australia Senior Teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. She encourages her students to work at their own ability by offering modifications to allow a deeper or a gentler practice, depending on the practitioner. Her classes offer a journey into the heart with a focus on philosophy and internal inquiry. Students can also expect clear instruction on alignment as well as breath-work and relaxation. Sarah aims to give her students tools to access their innate wisdom resulting in a deeper connection with their inner teacher.
