Ashtanga is a traditional style of yoga with a set sequence of postures designed to open the body progressively. The primary series builds strength and flexibility, whilst realigning and detoxifying the nervous system. Traditionally the primary series is practiced within 90 mins however this class offers a modified sequence, accessible to all practitioners. Brooke layers her classes with the wisdoms of this ancient philosophy, offers hands on assist and aspires you to move beyond the asana encouraging growth, depth and empowerment.
