Silke & Niels welcome you for 'a day of nourishment' in Brussels.
* Benefit from a day in stillness with guided mindfulness meditation & yoga to deepen your practice, reconnect with yourself and find calm in the midst of your busy life.
* Experience the power of meditation, supported by a group
* Enjoy the nice location with a green garden in the heart of Brussels
* The day will mostly be held in silence. We will practice silent meditation, as well as walking and gentle movement, instructions will be given by the teachers Niels and Silke in English.
What to bring.
Please bring your own lunch, a refillable water bottle, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and a blanket to keep you warm. Optional you can bring your own meditation cushion or bench. We will provide you with tea during the breaks.
This event is limited to 10 participants to ensure we can take all necessary precautions to avoid the spread of the Corona virus. We ask you to respect the adviced physical distance (1,5 m) and the basic hygienic preventional measures at all times. Please do not join the event when you are not feeling well, and in no case with flu like symptoms.
If the event has to be cancelled due to governmental restrictions, we will refund the full amount paid.

From Antwerp: accessible by train to 'Ukkel Calevoet' - 10 mins walking distance. Those travelling from Antwerp can choose to take the train together with Niels. Dept with the S1 train (Nijvel) from Berchem station at 8:10. :-)
Who we are.
Having finished the 'Brussels Mindfulness Teacher Training' this year, we both became certified Mindfulness teachers.
Niels is a long time yoga practicioner, born in Hasselt and living in Antwerp. Next to his job as a social worker he studies psychotherapy and teaches yoga and mindfulness to individuals and groups. (www.nielson.be)
A German citizen, Silke has been living in Brussels for 11 years where she works for the live performance sector in public affairs. This summer, she also started to work as a teacher at "Brussels mindfulness" and continues her training in mindful parenting.
