DESCRIPTION: A vinyasa flow class with. difference.... as it is New Years Eve we will begin with  a meditation and the practice of 'sankalpa', the yogic tradition of setting intentions. Then we move into a vinyasa flow practice, but moving slowly and mindfully.  Then finishing with a short yoga Nidra, a guided yogic sleep, allowing us to float out of class and into our new year.
