There is a structure to Rocket that will become familiar where you can work progressively, and there is lots of room for play and modifications.
⚡ Rocket is so-called because it has been said to take you there faster.
Marc has many years of teaching and just completed Rocket teacher training so has the knowledge and experience to take you where you want to go. If you’ve tried Marc’s Ashtanga Vinyasa class, you should definitely give this class a go!
This class is guaranteed to help you build strength and mobility and will surprise you with what you are capable of. But mostly it’s so much fun and allows us to not take it too seriously!

A gentle reminder that we are currently offering a reduced summer schedule to allow for family and travel time for all our teachers. Our full standard offering will resume on the 22 August.
