Energising flow yoga, accompanied by breath work to realign the nervous system and simply lovely relaxation to finish.
All bodies and minds warmly welcomed, including beginners.
We'll meet via Zoom, and you'll be sent a link after you've booked the class, 30 mins before the class.
Please select one of the monthly membership plans, or drop-in, to join. Every membership funds a membership for someone without the means to pay. Or you can even donate one more with the 'One for me, one for you' membership if you are able.
