This pranayama and meditation practice will bring you to a calm and peaceful state of mind, letting go of any stress you might have experienced thoughout this day. To sleep well we need to be well rested. This is exactly what this practice is about.

If you book your class more than 30 minutes before the start time, you will receive the link to the class by email. You will also find the link in your Momoyoga account.

If you book later than 30 minutes in advance, the link will no longer be emailed. You then access the link via your Momoyoga account.

To access the live stream link with your Momoyoga account, simply log in, click on the booked class and look for a blue button that says "Go to online class". This button is only visible in the 30 minutes before the class and only for those who have booked the class. Click this button and the live stream in zoom will open automatically.

If you book the class but cannot make it to the scheduled time you will get the link to the recording of the class which will be available for you to practice within 48h after class.
