This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga and wants to try it, or for someone who would like to return to a yoga practice that hasn't been done for a while. The class will cover the foundations of postures and philosophy, and after the 4 week series you will have the confidence to walk into and try other yoga classes. The yoga philosophy we talk about you will be table to take off your mat and begin applying to your life! Come join this supportive group of beginner yogis, and see what yoga is all about!
