Learning Objectives:

• Explore what’s happening beyond your conscious mind

• Learn to apply yoga, creative practices, breath work and meditation to expand insight

• Identify how to remove what is standing in your way

• Experience a range of effective practices you can use right away to rewire the brain away from traumatic habits

• Engage the ways yoga and expressive arts promote transformation of traumatic, depressive and anxious energies

• Understand strategies based on ancient wisdom & leading-edge psychological tools
Learning takes place through educational lecture, experiential practices, small and large group discussion, and individual processing assignments. You receive a copy of the slides and videos to refer to over time.

Participants receive a Yoga for the Creative Soul I certificate and 17 CE hours (14 contact, 3 non-contact) for Yoga Alliance and other professional bodies
