The wisdom circle is a cohort. A sacred container. A commitment to grow and evolve in community. We will meet each month under the full moon to tend to our hearts. We will learn to be in relationship and integrity with our bodies, wisdom, and to live intentionally.
For the upcoming strawberry moon, I have invited a special guest to support us in an easeful transition toward summer.
Dr. Sarah Jeffrey, ND, of Aya Naturopathic Medicine will join us as we learn about herbs for stress management. We'll begin with a look at the science of stress and how it impacts the nervous system, followed by an introduction to calming herbs you can see, smell, and taste in various forms.
Next, you’ll be guided through the concept of a “plant sadhana”—a personal practice of working closely with one plant to build connection and receive its support more deeply. You'll receive a worksheet with ideas and prompts to help you choose and begin your own plant journey.
We’ll close with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, a deeply restful meditation that promotes nervous system regulation and inner clarity. During this practice, you’ll be invited to connect inward and discover which plant ally is calling to you.
