Our advanced training is designed to enable trainees to explore their teaching practice with trainers who are highly-experienced and hold expertise in their respective fields.

Trainees are supported personally throughout the course, offering an enriching, engaging and collaborative learning environment.

Course content covers a breadth of topics essential to contemporary yoga teaching, including an evidence-based approach to teaching asana, pranayama & meditation, and detailed explorations of the ethics, consent, trauma and accessible yoga.

Re-launching in 2021, our 300 hour program can be completed over 3 years, and in 2021 we will be offering modules online.
