Are you looking to deepen your understanding of your yoga practice? To explore a little more key concepts like anatomy, alignment, philosophy, breath & meditation? Join Harriet and Sarah for a 4-week series of exploratory, collaborative and community-focussed workshops.⁠

Week 1. Understanding Alignment⁠
Week 2. Building Strength & mobility⁠
Week 3. Exploring breath and meditation⁠
Week 4. Self practice & intro to yoga philosophy⁠

This course is for anyone looking to explore and develop their practice: great for students, teachers, trainees, and those thinking about diving into teacher training.⁠

Each session starts with an hour of practice, then we have 90 mins of lecture/discussion. You are provided with a detailed mini-manual for the course, plus extra resources. The sessions are recorded, and once the course has completed you will have access to the recordings for 1 year.

“Thank you so much for running the four week course! I have absolutely loved it and the time has flown by. I knew I wanted to learn more about yoga but wasn’t sure where to start and it can feel intimidating to explore books or teachings if you’re not a yoga teacher.
