In this short session, Harriet takes students through a chair yoga class. Beginning with settling and gentle integration of movement and breath, Harriet concentrates on mobility and release in the wrists, arms and shoulders. The class gives students the opportunity to build strength in the upper body and arms without weight-bearing and putting pressure on the wrists.
