A slow gentle class for both pregnant and non-pregnant students. This practice encourages gentle movement in the lower body, particularly the hips and legs. The class focuses on lengthening into the outer hamstrings and hips and works into the fascial tissue in postures like Supta Padangusthasana (Reclining big toe pose).
