General terms of Nova Yoga
Any drop-in classes, class packs, courses and memberships purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.
All offers, class packs and subscriptions activate on the date of your first booking.
All courses purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used for the term purchased.
BOOKING AND WAITLISTS
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance as we have a limited number of spaces. If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Please note, you will need to have a valid payment option to join.
If you are on the waitlist and a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an auto-email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. This service is fully automated and can reach you at any time.
If you receive the notification email at short notice (less than 2 hours) and cannot attend the class please email us at jade@nova-yoga.co.uk to let us know and we can credit the class back to your account.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
If you booked a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. The easiest way to cancel is via momoyoga, or you can also cancel via email (jade@nova-yoga.co.uk) but please be aware of our policy below.
Our class and event cancellation policy is 4 hours. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack, or your drop-in credit will be taken. There is no additional charge.
‘Early cancel’ (up to 4 hours before class or event) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again in the future. If you ‘late cancel’ (i.e. after the 4 hour cancellation period) no credit will be returned to your account.
Credit on account or refund will be provided if the class is cancelled by the studio.
WORKSHOPS
A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 2 days before the start date of the event. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from the initial payment. We do not issue refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days unless a doctor has stated that you cannot attend the event and provided a note.
Studio credit or a full refund will be issued if: (a) A workshop is sold out and there is a waiting list. (b) The workshop is cancelled by the studio.
If you would like to transfer your reservation to another client, you should email us to update the records at least 48 hours before the event and make sure they sign the liability waiver.
Nova Yoga Ltd reserves the right to cancel the event or workshop at any time. If the event or workshop is cancelled prior to the starting date, it may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new course or workshop, 100% refunds will be made, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value.
Nova Yoga Ltd is not responsible for any costs, such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.
Workshop prices will not be prorated if you are not able to attend all of the sessions.

You must arrive on time for the session you have booked.
If you are late (within 5 mins of the start of class), you may still be admitted to practise. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be admitted. You will not receive a refund.
IN THE PRACTICE AREA
Studio mats and props can be used, or you can bring your own mat and props.
LOST & FOUND
All students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Please contact studio if you think you might have left something at the studio. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
