Marina has trained in Kaula Tantra Yoga and hatha. She has recently come to NZ from the USA and we are very lucky to have her share her beautiful and special tatra practice. A truly soothing and wonderfully relaxing practice involving active prolonged holds that help to open the body and allow the energy to flow, interspersed with savasanas and pranayama to add to the indulgence of this stunning practice.

A little like the soothing style of yin but more active, less props and more dynamism.
