General terms and conditions of NowYoga
Intro Offer
NowYoga ‘Intro Offers’ are a one-time offer and are only available to new clients (not existing clients). The Introductory passes begin on the date of your first visit.The intro passes are not valid for workshops, courses or special events.The Intro passes are non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
10 Class Passes
NowYoga 10 Class Passes are all valid from date of first visit: for 3 months.
Class Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
NowYoga pricing options are valid for all Yoga & Meditation classes on the timetable, but are not valid for workshops or special events (which can be booked separately).
Upon request, extensions may be applied for special circumstances or medical reasons. This is entirely at the discretion of the management. Please note we are unable to refund your class pass so please choose carefully.
Cancellation
You can cancel 2 or more hours before the scheduled start time, otherwise you will be charged the full fee of the class and no refund is possible.
Disclaimer
NowYoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.
It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
Classes at NowYoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them.
You will follow all instructions given to you by NowYoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
Privacy
NowYoga do not, nor will we ever, pass on your personal data to third parties. NowYoga do not collect or hold any personal data on their systems.
NowYoga uses Momoyoga and Stripe Online software, these are third party software systems used to manage bookings, payments and store information. All information is securely stored in Momoyoga and Stripe Online and is only available to authorised NowYoga staff.
