Combining a gentle yoga practice with an immersive sound bath can help you relax, and release stress, anxiety and tension.

It can be beneficial for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
After a mindful Yoga practice we will end the practice with a relaxing sound bath. Using Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Rain Sticks and more. Researchers have found that sound waves affect the human nervous system. There is also new research on the benefits of binaural beats, which is when two tones at slightly different frequencies are played in unison.
