Restorative Yoga  aims to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. By using props, such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, there is very little effort of any kind. With the feeling of being fully supported, your body and nervous system can relax completely.  This clears the pathway to drop effortlessly into Meditation. 
Sabine will be sharing various breath meditations to take into everyday life.
