Hi, my name is Katriena and I am the owner of Om Shanti Well Beings.
I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation for over 8 years and offer yoga, meditation, workshops and retreats in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast and online.
My classes are perfect for everyday people who are looking for an inclusive space to be curious and playful while mindfully moving their bodies and connecting to their minds.
I am passionate about creating spaces for all bodies and ages from beginners onwards and offer a variety of classes to suit your needs.
